Tried to contact management about a difficult neighbor who is too stupid to park there car in they're own spot. As before, they try there hardest to avoid customer contact. Don't even consider this place if your looking for an apartment in Cleburne! Mangement here sucks!!!
Anyone have office number
I love this place. I've lived here a little over 5 1/2 years. Only place in the area with the fireplace and two bedrooms for the price. Definitely the best price in town on a two bedroom. Sure they're a little bit older but whenever something needs taken care of the ladies at Texas Realty Sheri Hamilton and Janice Hill do a great job to get it taken care of fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this place.
The apartments are nice but this people do not abide by Texas Rental Association, so they make you sign whatever they want to and establish their own rules. I.e., according to their contract, the one they make you sign, they can charge you $10.00 per cigarette butt they find in front of your door(they can get lucky on a windy day lol)...They say they are pet friendly,but no birds allowed( the carpet, you know, birds fly and can poop on it, cats and dog's poop are allowed in the carpets.
