The Sun Valley apartments are not kept up. Several have mold and nats, which has been reported to management. When you report things to manager they don't get done at a timely manner. You can not reach the owner of the facility... only through an email which goes to the manga and it's not responded to. The lighting coming into the facility is not lit properly. If your looking for an appointment reconsider.
