Sun Valley Apartments has an exceptional staff, and has by far the best landlord and property owners I've ever experienced. Lived there for two years, staff went out of their way to be helpful, knew our names, and were prompt and professional at all times. I've recommended Sun Valley to friends who were looking to rent in Madison, as I'd recommend it to anyone else looking for a quiet place to live in a great location. Can't say enough good things about Sun Valley!
I moved here about a year ago, I am very impressed with Sun Valley. I don't know where to start but everything definitely exceeded my expectations from the amazing and friendly staff to Maintnance. Maintnance is such a big part of renting an apartment, and Sun Valley is extremely prompt on getting any maintnance request taken care of. I only have one regret since moving here, and it's not renewing my lease on time. I would get the next 2 bedroom apartment they have in a heartbeat.
