RecommendedEVERYONE was great! I was really impressed with how Becky (I think..) answered the phone and helped me make an appointment. She was so kind and helpful and really talked through my concerns and was wonderful. The Dr. was super thorough and called me twice while I waited outside to talk through every detail and get my consent and next steps on treatment. RecommendedWith Covid going on I was surprised at how organized and smoothly everything went when dropping my pet off, waiting, getting him back and paying. Everyone was so friendly from answering the phone to coming out for my pet and the doctor calling me to let me know everything and to see if I had any questions. I love bringing my pets there!

She has been the only one to articulate understanding of Luna's suffering ☹️ Dr Barker has been a godsend for us! He does a complete exam of our dog while explaining so many things to us! RecommendedThe entire team at Sun Valley is fantastic, particularly during these difficult times. Dr. Rios does a wonderful job with our dogs. I believe the vet tech that helped us this visit was Jennifer, and she was a delight. I appreciate that everyone had masks on and are taking all possible precautions. I hope all patients owners appreciate the hard work the staff at Sun Valley is doing!
I’m not sure what has happened to Sun Valley Animal Hospital but after trusting them since 1997 we are extremely upset that they no longer care about their loyal customers.
