RecommendedDr. Barker is the best. So kind and caring. He loves animals, but he also loves the pets parents. He takes time to talk to you, and not at you. He answers all questions you may have. When I had to put one of my beloved furbabys to cross the rainbow bridge, he was right there beside me, experiencing the same emotions I was having. He’s so caring.
I have had the best care for my furkids. All of the Vets I have interacted with are knowledge, re-assuring and are completely honest with their recommendations. They have given care to six of my fur-babies, both cats and dogs. I lost my beloved Golden doodle PJ just before Christmas, I will never forget how compassionate the staff was that day.

The staff is wonderful. Dr. Barker, Dr. Rios, and Dr. Martin have all been great with all my animals that I have brought in. Danielle is awesome. She takes great care of my babies when I bring them in and I feel she is a great asset to the hospital. I would definitely recommend anyone to Sun Valley Animal Hospital

Dr. Barker is wonderful! So thorough, kind and gentle. I love the way they are handling the pandemic. Taking it serious and putting easy to follow precautions in place.

The Vet spoke with me on the phone for 17 MINUTES!!!!! She answered all my questions and helped me understand all the issues I am facing. She made me feel very comfortable and was proud of all I am doing for my dog. It was very reassuring to hear all the information. The visit was quick. It was less than an hour. Normally at the other vet I wait 2 weeks to get an appointment then wait 1 to 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. This was exactly what I needed. A quick answer.

Hello, We have always used Banfield and was highly recommended by Jamie Honneycutt to try Sun Valley Animal Hospital. I bought Ya'el in on Feb. 2nd and everyone was so nice. In this pandemic state that we are in I feared that I would not get that "personal" touch, but I was wrong. You were so kind and attentive to us. Dr. Rios is awesome and I appreciated her calling me and giving me all the details of Ya'el's visit. She asked if any concerns to please let her and the staff know.
