I would give this place zero stars, but I’ll give it one star because our sales associate ARDI was very helpful. First they advertised a vehicle that wasn’t to buy. The car still needed to be detailed and fixed. We were willing to pay cash and get the car in the future. They play the “let me talk to my manager” game instead of full transparency. My expectations were blown away, with the ease of purchasing a 2022 Toyota Highlander. From start to finish, I was impressed with the customer service and professionalism of all that we came in contact with, especially Steven our sales rep. Highly recommend to-stay far away from this dealership! They violate a lot of federal and state laws. Will give you mismatched numbers and add additional fees from the front end and then add additional back-end fees which aren't disclosed (Such as warranty packages, and additional accessories that aren't part of the vehicle) Even as a consumer you waived those additional fees, and they add it your overall price in the end. On 2/20/2025 I took my 2019 Tacoma in for service and diagnostics. I was informed by Service Advisor Leo Redding that rodents had chewed through the wires to the rear ABS Sensors. This was confirmed by the video sent to me by the Service Tech. I was informed by Mr. Redding that the wires were not repairable. This was also confirmed by the written diagnostic report which stated “...found chewed wires on harness side not speed sensor side . My salesman Pankaj was great but the experience was less than optimal. I was given a price out the door and sent the F&I office with Austin where I was pushed for multiple upgrades said no multiple times and then on the last offer they said my payment would only go up $5 a month and so I said okay cuz it sounded like a good deal. Got home and looked over the paperwork more closely and my total Finance amount went up by $3,700 for the extended warranty and gap.
