Mother has constant UTI's because they leave her sit in wet clothes forever. She calls an aid to use the restroom and it takes them forever. So she has to go and then they let her sit there. They are always understaffed and the staff they have are miserable. It's a vicious cycle - mad patients cause of lack of care and mad aids cause they don't have enough help. Horrible place! The therapists are pretty good for other care is awful.

Poor communication between staff regarding patient needs. Poor respect of family concerns. Quality of nursing knowledge was poor. (I am a RN so I know what the level of care should have been) if you need any medical care avoid this facility. If you need basic rehab care you will be probably ok but get ready to advocate for yourself since they don't care about you or your needs. Avoid Sun Terrace like the plague because I believe you might catch the plague there.

Not really Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Mostly

terible care, when new owners took over they stopped caring, my father was not cared for properly. He died last year......If you love your family keep away from this place! I do have photos proving my fathers lack of care

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

They barely gave me any information at all regarding my elderly father. I had do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me or my father feel welcome. I feel like my father was not being card for. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt I was going to have to go above and beyond to have my father discharged. Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday
