I scheduled them to come out and perform maintenance on my AC and they failed to show up. I did not receive a phone call or text to inform me that they would not be showing up and that is because their receptionist mixed my number up with another customers. I had to rearrange my schedule and miss a morning of work for this appointment that they no call/no showed and the fault is entirely theirs. I asked their receptionist to have their manager call me. As part of my annual VIP agreement I receive 2 maintenance visits free of charge and it's a great benefit! Jeremy showed up on time, he was professional and personable, and communicated everything to me in a way I could understand. I am very pleased with the service I get every time, as everyone from the office to the service techs are responsive and professional. Jeremy came out to diagnose my AC unit and although I’m not thrilled that I need to replace the unit, I am happy to recommend Jeremy. He is one of the kindest repair technicians I’ve interacted with. He’s honest, friendly and showed up a day sooner than originally scheduled.

I had a very poor experience with this company from start to finish. I scheduled an inspection and the first appointment was a complete no-show—no communication, no notice. On the second visit, I was charged for an inspection, but the “report” I received was just a short paragraph embedded in the invoice. Paul came in today to give an estimate. Yes is was expensive but the professionalism. And he showed us that we were indeed getting the best deal. My only regret is I can't give him 10 stars. Absolutely the most recommended ac and heater repair service I've ever had.
