We had the best experience with Fix It Frankie! I called yesterday to schedule my annual HVAC maintenance and spoke with Janis, she was so courteous and had us scheduled the very next day. Jeremy was prompt, thorough and so kind. He did an excellent job in explaining everything to me. Communication from beginning to end was outstanding. As part of my annual VIP agreement I receive 2 maintenance visits free of charge and it's a great benefit! My A/C went out last night and the temperature got up to 90 in the house. I put in a work order and maintenance sent me Fix it Frankie contact info. Mia was very professional, polite, and very helpful in getting a technician to come out today. Jason was assigned to come and work on the A/C unit. He was prompt on responding via text. I had a very poor experience with this company from start to finish. I scheduled an inspection and the first appointment was a complete no-show—no communication, no notice. On the second visit, I was charged for an inspection, but the “report” I received was just a short paragraph embedded in the invoice.
