I was misinformed about the terms of my upgrade. Meaning I was told one thing to sign the upgrade and then when the bill came due the following month I had unexpected charges. So now when I tried to reopen my membership this year I am unable to until I pay the charges I had no idea I was signing to pay. The turn over in this salon is so large I'm sure the person who did this doesn't work there anymore however it happened in this salon and I cannot tan until I fix this. I love suntan city, it is nice and clean, everyone is very friendly.
I have tried repeatedly to use this tanning salon but who has time to wait as long as it takes to check in. Employees spend entirely too much time trying to sell tanning products and updating card information. I waited 20 minutes today with one person in line before me. I walked out and will not be renewing my membership.
