I'm really not happy with my visit today, I was not told there was new bulbs put in the bed and I got really burnt!!! And this is not the first time this has happened, they need to make customers aware when they put new bulbs in a bed so you have the option to choose a different bed or lower your time in the bed!! I got burned so bad one time that I went to this location and I ended up having to go to the hospital because I was not made aware of new bulbs in the bed, was a very painful and horrible 2 week experience....I'm j... read more
AMAZING PLACE!!! Very clean and the tanning consultants really make you feel like family!!
Just want the public to know that my wife's wedding band and engagement ring was stolen from the staff that had a felony on her record for theft of jewelry. Instead of the owner or staff helping me they called the cops on me . The ring was worth 30,000 . I highly recommend watching out for this business and all other sun tan city's !
Sun Tan City in Shelbyville Ky always has the sweetest morning staff, always helpful, and dedicated to making you feel great! Today was nothing less of that and started my day off right!!
I love this location and their management! I do not want to tan at any other location besides Shelbyville! :)
