They are willing to get you in as able with clean nice variety. There was confusion when membership was canceled and new manager addressed/assisted in clearing up. Great place and huge variety of beds, lotions, and CLEAN!
We also were lied to about the cancellation policy. We also were told we could cancel after prom and we got charged another month. Customer service did not help us. Still waiting for the district manager to call. Be very cautious when dealing with them.

We were lied to when told about the cancelation policy. My daughter tanned during the month of April for prom. We were told we could cancel after prom. Went in to cancel the other day and were told we had to pay for another month. I was given the number for customer service and they can't do anything for us either.
Just bought my membership! The staff is incredible! So many good deals and great pricing. The beds are also amazing!
