I come here all the time. Just left there after waiting forever!!! Computers were down....if would have taken two seconds to announce to the FULL lobby this info!!!. I walked out N left. Ridiculous
When my membership is frozen I don't expect to be charged anyway! I was charged for 2 months (not the freeze fee), the membership fee when my account was frozen. I was given a ridiculous reason why I was still charged like a computer glitch. Was told I would receive my 2 months refund within 7-10 business days. I got 1 month 2.5 weeks later...still fighting to get my other month back besides the customer credit that was on my account. It has been 6+ weeks. I WILL be cancelling if my money isn't returned by Friday!!! I'm done... read more
Very clean , a very friendly staff . Always a pleasure
The expectation is when I pay for a membership the fans, radios and headrests aren't broken. I've been asking for months for working fans. Won't be a customer much longer!
