I have been a member of Sun Tan City for several years,Started out in Frankfort Ky.then moved to Richmond Ky.and have been going there ever since...The staff is very friendly and offer to help in any way that they can and always telling me about their sales...I love it there and would not go anywhere else....I also have family members that go there also....
This place is a complete and total scam. I terminated my membership today not even 3 months after I signed up. I signed up for a month to month membership, took advantage of a $0 upgrade, then when I updated my debit card info the guy behind the counter put me in an annual membership for $10 more a month, which means I can't freeze or cancel for 12 months or I have to pay for the full 12 months upfront. I don't think so. I called Customer Service who told me the best they could do is put me on the month-to-month plan again, ... read more
