I went in on Tuesday night this past week to get a spray tan I thought I followed the directions appropriately and I had exfoliated and use the primer unfortunately I came out a little uneven maybe a lot uneven so I went back on Thursday night and explained that I had been in on Tuesday and they gave me a free spray tan the girl went with me showed me the correct positions and was very nice very polite and my tan is much more even I was very satisfied
I love this place,I've been to quite a few tanning salons throughout the Bangor area & here it's always clean,no wait & very welcoming every time I walk through the door..The girls always have a beautiful smile & make my visit very comfortable�
I only wanted a month of tanning I was told that they would cancel my account after a month so that I didn't keep having to pay for more then just the month. Just got charge for a second month and when I called to ask for a refund because I was told I wouldn't have to pay for two months when I wasn't even tanning they would not refund because it was after the first of the month… It's the 2nd of May. I don't have a suntan city near me so I am now paying for a month of no tanning.
I was told a few weeks ago that I had a bunch of points to use for spray tans, so I decided that I would go get one today. Upon trying to redeem my points, I was told that I couldn't use them due to the fact that I had earned them when I had a more expensive package. I earned them though, right? I was paying a ridiculous amount for that package and couldn't afford to keep paying for it so I downgraded. Why can't I use the points I earned? "Yes! You have 30 points! Have good experiences here for the most part, sometimes very busy or a new person training but overall the girls are wonderful.
