The girls here are very sweet. I have been going to this particular location for a few years now. I'm looking forward to tanning again as soon as you all reopen. 🥰❤❤
I love STC SO MUCH! I go weekly and the staff at both brewer and bangor are amazing!
Terrible customer service , the girls are not helpful . I Couldn’t use my money from freezing my account when I went back to renew , not sure why I always have in past & the girls answer made no sense . Asked for a customer service number which obviously put her out. They need some training desperately!
Very pressured into buying extra things, like primer and extender. I was hounded about it for probably 10 mins and I kept having to repeat myself and say no. I don’t even like going in now because it’s so frustrating
Staff was unable to multitask check in, and or line. Beds are commonly dirty, and spray machine is frequently out of solution. Spoke with manager, very rude.
