Came here with my mom who has a monthly membership which I have a membership somewhere else but was going to pay for a one time visit but after I listened to the way the employee just talked to my mother as if she had NO respect I walked out and sat in the car. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

I will absolutely never again associate with sun tan city in my life! They say I paid for this month even though my membership was canceled before payment date and now tell me because it was surley terminated I'm out $63 nor can I use their services!!! This is the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I paid $63 for nothing! I get no services nor do I get a refund! How is this possible when I took all the proper steps to cancel this?!?

I love this place! It is the best tan I have ever had! It is the cleanest place I have ever been to and the staff is excellent they are always smiling and very polite! I will never tan anywhere else! And a big shout out to Danielle she has been great with everything and this is actually the first time I have gotten tan without burning!

Very RUDE employees.... Never ever would go back to that place again. What's so bad is someone brought me to try out the place they were speaking highly of sun tan city but the behavior of the employees was ridiculous. Smh

I love the results that I receive from the beds! They have awesome customer service & make you feel welcome. There is hardly ever a wait time (only during prom season have I ever had to wait) & by far the cleanest salon I've ever been in! There are always deals of some sort! Not only is the tanning fabulous, but the teeth whitening station is well worth your money. I have done it twice & you get instant results.
