I liked the place. But I have been repeatedly billed even though I froze my account. They will not answer phone so I have to go to the place I am headed there again today to try and fix. Will not use them again due to this.

First off you absolutely cannot get these people on the phone. After attempting to reach them several times today, I decided I would just stop by on my lunch break. (I waited for someone to answer the phone until I pulled into the parking lot) When I walked in, I saw two females behind the counter, I assume they both work there. There was a customer at the counter, who they were just chit chatting with. Neither of the girls asked if they could help me. Including the one that wasn't really convversating with the customer. Came here with my mom who has a monthly membership which I have a membership somewhere else but was going to pay for a one time visit but after I listened to the way the employee just talked to my mother as if she had NO respect I walked out and sat in the car. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!
