I joined up recently and this is a very nice place, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, it's clean and quiet and the beds are awesome.

They lie to you, to get you to sign up... They tell you you can change plans any time.. yes you can if you go up in price. But if you want to change to a bed that don't burn your ass forget it... I was told I could change my bed package as long as I came in before the first....I went in to hear my card had already been charged for this month for the most expensive bed, that I didn't like and I could change to the $30 less bed till the end of the month....it's a big Rip off...

I just drove 30 minutes to get a spray tan and your computers are down so the only way you can let me get one is to spend $40 on a product packet when I already have purchased the product!? Waste of my time! Your customer service sucks! I won't be back!
