When one of the two fastest beds is down, I feel like instead of waiting for someone to get out of one that you should be able to upgrade to the next bed for the inconvenience.. then what am I to say that would mean your customers would be a lot happier, after all we are paying good money for a better quality bed! I would also like to add that that was the asst. salon director too.

My friends and I went there today for the 1st time, to get a sunless tan for prom. The ladies were rude and not helpful. They had us buying products that were not in stock. My mom called them to try to help and they were laughing at us on the phone and then hung up on her. I would not recommend anyone go there due to the lack of customer service, rudeness, and unprofessionalism.
