Beware if you freeze your account and decide not to go back to tanning. They will keep your money. I have $240.00 in my account, this pandemic as scared me and I don’t want to tan as I take care of my elderly mother. They refuse to refund my money.

Can you please explain why you raised your prices during a crisis? Also when minimum wage hasnt changed in 10 years, and people are struggling? I've been with yll for many years, but doing this, you're making a path for another company to come in for competition. You havent fixed your fastest bed in Number 2 for 5 years that I know of, simple things, yet that 50, 60, 70, and now 80 dollars a month cant fox a small plastic vent piece? Seems your priorities are no longer your customers, but getting greedy.
RecommendedI highly recommend suntancity the staff is very nice and knowledgeable it is a clean place and I absolutely love the beds and the self-tanning I have been going there for three years I absolutely love it!

Only place I go for a spray tan, when summer hits. Never orange just a nice pretty color!
My daughter had a membership for a couple years. Before leaving for college she placed a freeze on her membership around August 20th. She was billed full membership on September 5th. We contacted Sun Tan City via chat and we're told the freeze wasn't placed until after Sept 1 which is not correct. They should be able to pull her record and see the last time she checked in was August and that was when she requested the freeze. They refused to refund her money. This is a very nice location with very knowledgeable staff. I love the spray tan booth and all the info I received beforehand.
