Visited the clinic twice - both visits went well. Unfortunately the service over the phone needs improvement. When one pharmacy was unable to fill my prescription, I called the clinic so it could be placed elsewhere. I called right at 6 p.m. (and I understand that the clinic was closing for evening); the prescription was sent elsewhere. When I thanked the receptionist, she hung up on me. I chose this clinic due to a recommendation from someone; it's a shame that any recommendation I give will come with reservations.
