I stayed at the location in Garland for about two and a half months in the beginning of 2026. I am female and was traveling alone for work, so needed a safe place. I chose the room with a kitchenette and two beds. Rebecca and Corrie were absolutely amazing, as was maintenance staff, and the service was above and beyond. Great people family atmosphere you won't regret your stay from front office to ground work
The rooms are misrepresented online. There aren’t any new furnishings or decor. I paid for my room and then received email my reservation was cancelled. I had to find other accommodations and still waiting on my refund. Refund required. Your property manager knows I never slept in the room and rented it out to another guest prior to my stay ending. I didn’t cancel your property manager Rebecca did and a refund should have followed. The accommodations online do NOT depict what guests receive.
I’ve been staying here for a while and it is very quiet. The staff is Amazing I haven’t had any issues since I’ve been here i’m not too crazy about the area, but I haven’t had any problem with anyone. That’s very quiet but if you’re gonna be bougie this ain’t the place for you.
