Had a pleasant, easy, quick check in and received a first floor updated room as requested due to having a baby. Very grateful for that and the staff for being accommodating and professional. Only issue is that at check in our room was filthy and we had to mop our floors twice and the mop water was black from cigarette ashes/not being cleaned in a long time. It constantly smells like cigarette smoke so we had to go rewash our clothes, keep our clothes in totes and spray ozium spray. So far it’s very lit up and quiet at night.... read more

Honestly I checked into a room freshly painted with new tile like flooring a nice big flat screen tv larger than 37 inches sheets and bedding linen look new sure forget is ugly and old the dressers are pretty old the mattresses are new pretty tick and comfy AC and heater works got my closet to hand stuff by entrance new microwave table and chair are decent super dusty but a good clean it will do the towels are huge and new with nice bath mat and 4 hand towels I found a dead bug but nothing else so I am giving them 4 stars th... read more

I didnt get the displeasure of getting a room here because even though I had booked my room a week in advance they had no rooms available. I was then charged a 40 dollar cancellation fee. I called to inform them of the error and no one answered. I left a voicemail and no one called me back. I called several more times and finally got ahold of someone just to be told to call back later. Im done at this point. They can keep the money. Do not stay here.
