Two weeks in a row I was told by the reservation website that they had rooms available only to load all my things at another extended stay and get over there and be told they couldn't make reservation because no rooms available. I was pretty upset but worst part is they billed my card two weeks in a row because I didn't cancel the reservation that never existed. Better mattresses.... great staff and crew!
The manager here on the property is very helpful and very pleasant. She is part of the reason I continue to stay here. I've been at this hotel for 4 years and never had any issues whatsoever. There are a lot of the rooms that have been newly redone and they are fabulous. the price is very reasonable, it's always clean and the staff is always ready to help you at any time that you have an issue day or night.
