*Edit: I have upgraded my review to three stars because the property is very clean. I did not see the inside of an actual room but the outside is extremely presentable. The staff is also well groomed and well dressed from what I saw. However, the customer service is lacking in my very own opinion. It is 12:55 central standard time 05/01/2026. The front desk clerk offers me a 3rd floor room with my special needs 4 year old son. She refused to wait on me even though she had no more customers in front of her. She is unprofessio... read more
