I had no difficulties with Dr. Apolinar, but the front desk staff is highly incompetent. Two years ago they told me they accepted my insurance and then sent me a bill for $275 saying they had made an error then I had an appointment scheduled which I canceled and they sent me a bill again. Fast forward two years later, they are listed as a provider on my new health insurance and I called them and asked them if I could set up an appointment with the doctor and they did. Terrible experience with the scheduling, staff, in office nurse and provider. The only doctors you can get into at the office are awful…. But if you’re willing to wait 9 months to get into Dan Sraow you might have some luck. Office staff is unfriendly, not helpful, and won’t even smile. When calling, offices will Not answer or return voicemails.

What an abject nightmare. The pathetic level of utter incompetence of this practice's office staff. Substandard office staff. Literally our cardiologist refers us here. Urgent procedure. We need to schedule and literally for over three weeks we can't get a call back to get scheduled. In the summer, not high season. Not three weeks until an appointment, we are three weeks in just trying to get their scheduler to call back to get seen.
