They dont answer their phone half the time and let you go to voicemail. They never call back. My surgeon has been trying to get them to send records over for 2 weeks now and they haven't. I came in to get an echo done and they took a copay from me. Then made me wait 30 minutes in the waiting room to tell me there was a scheduling mishap and that I needed to go to the hospital to get it done. Even though they can do it in house. Dr Dan Sraow is highly regarded and recommended by the staff at Dignity Chandler Regional Hospital. His office gave us an appointment in 2 business days of my husbands hospital discharge. Dr. Dan is so caring and explained everything in easy to understand language about my husband's disease status and needed follow-up. He answered all our questions and didn't rush. Front desk was very friendly.
I have been very pleased with Dr. Apolinar's care for several years. Recently Dr. Apolinar asked me to call her in 2 weeks to let her know how I was doing with changes in my Blood Pressure meds. I called every day for 4 days to give her the message and the girl at the first phone was very accommodating and put me through to Dr. A's Medical Assistant.
