I recently got this so company installed in back in March 2023 had the solar up except the **** WE found out from the installer the company went out of business!! few months later and that I needed to contact Mosaic ! ****** then wanted us to show proof and gave us this companies number and told them we had and also their website is down! Until this day we have not gotten any PTo and we refuse to have any other solar company to my house now we are trying to cancel my contract and Mosaic is refusing! Company went "out of business" leaving many customers with incomplete and inoperable systems. I was able to get ahold of a former employee to confirm. If you had a system partially installed by SunStar Energy or Swift Energy, contact your lender and make a claim and work on finding a contractor that can complete the remainder of the work on your system so you can have it operable.
This company has not followed through with the completion of their contract of installing their solar system with us. Its been 8 months now and we have gotten no satisfaction or use of the system they installed. The county we live in requires certain requirements before completion. Sunstar has not tried to satisfy those requirements to start up the solar system we parchased.We are at **** end as we are paying on a $20,823 loan and are getting no use of the system of this solar system.
