Please spend your money elsewhere! WE TRAVELED OVER AN HOUR FOR A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The customer service here is terrible... the Deck boat cut off on us and they even tried charging me for a propeller that wasn't broken and was only chipped... long behold, the original paperwork indicated that the propeller was damaged before we rented the boat... the company was trying to make an extra $180.00 off of us. Always great service and professional staff! I've had multiple excellent experiences here and would come back every time I'm in need of a rental.
Our family rented mopeds during our stay in GH and the next day rented the speedboat for two hours. Grant and his team took good care of us and were easy to work with. We were able to spend over an hour on Spring Lake even with the transit time there and back.
Not a horrible experience, however, it is a 40 minute transit to the lake in a no wake zone. So if you rent for 2 hours, 2/3 of your rental is at idle while you transit to and from the lake. Also, beware of the refund policy if you walk up and make a reservation. After experiencing the long transit time, we were never informed about, we wanted to cancel the next days reservation. We rented the Pontoon for a full day and had a great time. Thanks so much for your good customer service and nice boat.
I would probably rent from them again except the manager got very rude with my wife. Our rental kayak sank because they don't put plugs in their water discharge hole. Well it also allows water Into the kayak. Manager got very rude when my wife explained what had happened. I was considering renting a moped from them. That's not going to happen!
