I was not impressed with your rep. In fact, my husband and I felt very deceived. Both of us had listened, read, and I even called with questions one day. Much to our dismay we found out that the rebates and tax credit do not even come close to covering the cost of going solar as you so deceptively advertised. Bait and switch or flat lie? Call it what you will, but we will be looking elsewhere. Buyer beware!
