I have purchased 3 bikes here. One key reason is the free "tune up" they provide. They are really helpful and only recommend repairs if it is truly needed. Russ in particular has been extremely helpful. Everyone here always takes great care of me. I have also purchased cold weather gear here. The boots I bought were less expensive than Amazon.
