EDITED TO RESPOND: 1. The call we responded to was for a SINGLE unit. The entire building was NOT without heat, and, it was in October so pretty sure nobody was going to freeze to death. 2. The realtor Melanie Stacel was nice up until she showed me the rental property I was interested in renting. She stopped answering calls and texts because she had someone else she wanted to rent the unit too. I had all the credentials and income and couldn’t understand why my calls weren’t ever returned after the showing. Here we are a month later and still no phone call or email. Sun Realty recently took over as Property Management for my Town Community and their service is terrible. I have made several attempts via email and phone to speak with someone and No one has responded!
The sun reality group as realtor i can't speak for but as they are in charge of HOA of certain buildings i can speak for and they Have no control over the tenants and dont enforce rules to certain tenants. As I believe its eithet favoritism or they are afraid of them. Of the dozens of complaints and dozen time I called police problems persistence but if I fart I get an earful and crying.
