Sun Realty recently took over as Property Management for my Town Community and their service is terrible. I have made several attempts via email and phone to speak with someone and No one has responded!
The sun reality group as realtor i can't speak for but as they are in charge of HOA of certain buildings i can speak for and they Have no control over the tenants and dont enforce rules to certain tenants. As I believe its eithet favoritism or they are afraid of them. Of the dozens of complaints and dozen time I called police problems persistence but if I fart I get an earful and crying.
Inability to work with other entities in the process, prefers to deny and deflect when challenged, fails to accurately represent. Avoid at all costs.
Just closed on a new condo in Chicago's South Loop. Working with Todd was great. We moved very fast on the purchase and everything went very smoothly.
