Read reviews before doing any business transactions with this company I wish I had.
If I could give zero stars I would. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company. When we first moved in they “accidentally” charged us for a late fee” hadn’t even been in the house a week. In the middle of our rental agreement they tried to send us an addendum updating their hurricane policy and basically trying to make it our responsibility for damages during a hurricane. (Did not sign it). Overall Unprofessional, would not recommend
I have rented from Sun Realty for 4 years. In different homes. The office staff is very welcoming. I would recommend them if you are in need of a rental home. Anytime I had a maintenance issue they were on it immediately. Stood behind me against an owner. Great people! You do your part, they will do theirs. I’ll be back, I got my full deposit back!
Please read all the reviews from the people that have used this company to rent from before you decide to use them. I see many unfavorable reviews and yet every single one of them gets called out as liars by Sun Realty. If it were one person "lying" you might pass it off, but please think twice before renting from them. If you do decide to move forward make sure you video (not just pictures) of the ENTIRE house & property prior to move in so when they keep half of your deposit over some things that were already messed up you... read more
The nicest people by far. Very professional and courteous. They have been a life saver for me and family. Spread the word of how absolutely wonderful Sun Realty is.
