This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not get a pool from them. All you will get are lies and the run around. They hook you by giving you an installation date within a few months of paying your deposit, while other companies tell the truth and say it will take about a year. Truth be told your pool will not be installed within a few months of paying your deposit. It may be delivered within 8-10 months, but that’s just being dropped off. If I can give Sun Pools of Murrells Inlet 0 stars I would in a heart beat! They do not deserve 1 star. My husband and I signed 2/27/23. We made our payment for the pool shell on 3/14/23. We were promised to have the pool completed by summer and here we are the middle of July with NO pool! They are liars!! Do NOT sign a contract with them. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Sun Pool’s owner pocketed our $28,000 deposit intended to pay for the pool we selected through his wonderful office staff. The staff was great. We were told the deposit was necessary to order the pool. Fast forward 3 months and now the office has closed, the owner has refused to return our calls, and we have NO pool! Our pool install started Jan. 3, 2022. It ended in April, 2022 because I fired them. The installers, the concrete guys, all fantastic. The office staff, not so much. Absolutely NO communication, they don't call to tell you they won't be there so you wait all day. The pool came in the wrong color but they compensated us for that. The 3d drawing they sent, showed concrete going right where we wanted it, but come the day to pour, oh no it was another $7400.00, had to be paid right then or they wouldn't pour.
