Utilities included I have known 2 people who lived at Sun Pointe lake and both were relatively pleased with the apartments. For the price they are an absolute steal because they have utilities included also. The lake is also super pretty and most people who live there seem pretty ok. This isnt for people looking for club med though so just keep your expectations realistic.
beautiful apartments my friend;s apartment faces the lake...its a beautiful apartment complex, he is in a one bedroom apartment...spacious living room, bedroom and kitchen. i think they have 2 and 3 bedroom apartments too. centrally located too.
Nice Lake I have a friend and a family member that live at Sun Pointe Apartments. The units area a pretty good deal for the price because they typically include basic utilities also. The lake is very lovely and your views of the lake are nice to. The neighborhood is kinda so so and they are pretty small apartments overall. The management also has kinda been slow about fixing things. Overall for the price it is acceptable.
