Sophia and Sun Physical Therapy is wonderful! She has helped me move through a herniated disc and avoid surgery. She is efficient, thoughtful, and takes a full body evaluation and treatment approach. She is always receptive to feedback and adjusts my sessions accordingly. Would definitely recommend her for any physical therapy needs.
I have/had a frozen very painful shoulder. The orthopedic dr recommended physical therapy. It took awhile but my experience with Sophia was great! I had a personalize plan, with lots of hands on therapy. I now have complete range of motion and we are working on regaining strength. I would recommend her approach to anyone needing physical therapy.
