I've had chronic pain in my shoulder, neck, and head area for a decade. I've tried different physical therapy places before but Sun PT is the first place where I've seen a real reduction in pain. I am getting fewer and fewer headaches. I am able to do activities that I had given up hope on being able to do again. I feel like Sophia listens to what is going on and adapts each session to what is needed. She has done a combination of manual work, graston, dry needling, and gentle exercises. I would highly recommend her.

Sophia and Sun Physical Therapy is wonderful! She has helped me move through a herniated disc and avoid surgery. She is efficient, thoughtful, and takes a full body evaluation and treatment approach. She is always receptive to feedback and adjusts my sessions accordingly. Would definitely recommend her for any physical therapy needs.

I have/had a frozen very painful shoulder. The orthopedic dr recommended physical therapy. It took awhile but my experience with Sophia was great! I had a personalize plan, with lots of hands on therapy. I now have complete range of motion and we are working on regaining strength. I would recommend her approach to anyone needing physical therapy.
