Visited twice for my kids’ sick visits. The medical care was fine, but the billing experience was disappointing. I was charged an additional service fee on top of my copay, which was unexpected. The payment receipt provided was not detailed enough for FSA reimbursement, and even after contacting the billing department, the receipt was not fully itemized and did not clearly explain the service fee. My husband and I had our first doctor’s appointment with our first born and it was amazing from beginning to end. So glad we picked Sun Pediatrics!
Be cautious if you are in HDHP plans. They charge heavily. I noticed other clinics charging 120$ for sick visit. This clinic over charge all the time and it goes to 170 to 180$ every time.
