Very cheap negotiator. Be wary if you’re to buy a property from her. She will basically spit in your face for a counter offer. I pray that god helps you in any way for non-Korean clients. You treat them with disrespect. EDIT to her response. You are so immature for an old Korean lady. It’s hilarious. I made an offer months ago so let’s get that straight. Amazing realtor, she works hard to make sure you get your dream house within a good price! Stays in consistent communication, is honest, and helps through the process for first time home buyers.
