I went in for a biogel refill and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The technician’s expertise was subpar — she did not properly buff out the color I previously had on my nails, and instead used very thick coats of gel and polish to cover it up. The end result was nails that looked bulky and uneven, more like blobs than a clean manicure. Cuticle care was also poor — she didn’t cut them correctly, left a lot of polish on my cuticles, and the overall nail shape was inconsistent from finger to finger. When I po... read more
