I came in for a Fill-in and it’s horrible you can see the were the nail grew out and were the supposedly filled it in. I asked him to use a darker pink he said no he couldn’t redo it on top of that told me I was all set with out putting any cuticle oil on my nails, I am beyond upset and this is the third time three different people and still the same results the only person in there that’s does good nails is Ken.
Hidden fees, gave me premium 35 dollar pedicure I didn’t ask for - charged me two dollars to file off the smallest amount of shellac, charged a dollar for credit card trans, made you tip with cash and use a fee ATM. Rude staff! Will never return.
I had a shellac pedicure done in preparation for a hospital stay. I have been going to Sun nails for over 15 years and was very dissatisfied with the service and price. My pedicure lasted 4 days and then began peeling at every edge which I paid $55 for. I believe their business practices have changed along with their increased costs they have cut corners on things like cleanliness and customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to either of their locations after this experience.
RecommendedI’ve been going to Sun nails for about eight years now Their service is phenomenal they never make you wait long and their prices are very comparable great atmosphere and they do a very good job.I recommend them highly to all my friends and family. They also do good waxing .
great service, clean and friendly environment
went in to get a full set done and before 5 minutes my nails were butchered and my hands are sore and bleeding.
Several times I’ve gotten my nails done here the completely break after 3 or 4 days and when I come back to get it fixed they continuously charge me to fix them? I feel scammed.
I went to the Dearborn Heights location to get my acrylic nails removed, and this was the result. My nails were not soaked, but were instead RIPPED off by using another fake nail to pry up the acrylics. My nail was torn so badly that my nail bed was exposed and bleeding, and I wasn’t even offered a bandaid. After I saw the damaged nail, I asked the woman if she could soak my nails because I was in pain— she acknowledged my request but only proceeded to rip the nails off.
