It's a great destination for snow shoeing and cross country skiing. It's right outside your door.
Perfect Winter Wonderland get away spot with lots of good snow for cross country skiing due to needed lower temperatures, lots of groomed well maintained Nordic trails, beautiful mountainous scenery, fresh mountain air and a wonderful cozy mountain lodge with great King size mountain view room.

Such a wonderful Christmas getaway! Highly recommend the sleigh ride and Sunny Side xc ski trails. So great that bfast is included in the room rate!

Beautiful scenery and cozy lodge
Absolutely lovely experience, we have been back several times. Very family friendly. They have extensive trails that leave from the lodge, making it easy to get in a hike or ski/ snowshoe, then back to your room for kids nap time! The staff has always been very helpful. We will be back!

During Covid many services like pool, hot tub and pool tables/game room aren’t open. As soon as you arrive BOOK your reservations in the dining room as only 50% are seated. You will have meals to go as an option and they will be cold. Our room had no microwave. Both cold breakfasts were a waste of food. The rooms are rustic modern. We were in an end room 111 and enjoyed the privacy. We ate in nearby Winthrop but a restaurant is available here. Again... book your seat!
