I have purchased 2 AMG's through Sun Motors and have always had a great experience. My 2nd AMG just recently started to have abnormal issues with its brakes, not Sun Motors fault. They stepped up to the plate and beyond to help me get out of the existing car due to its ongoing problematic issue and into my 3rd AMG! Great people, very easy to talk to and work with. Will be back for a 4th AMG in a few years!
I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and was in the market for a specific color - Cardinal Red E350 with all the bells and whistles. I found exactly what I wanted on the internet. I was not impressed at all with the service I received at Sun Mercedes. I realize my 98 SLK is not worth as much as the other cars in the shop, but my baby is priceless to me. I dropped it off on a Thursday with an appointment, but I didn't hear from Jonathan until I called him the following Tuesday.
