A great place to be ignored. After an issue with my insurance provider I contacted the insurance board of Canada. I was given clear instructions and rational advice. They assured me it would be my broker that I could count on to follow these instructions. Melissa and her boss both ignored the communication until the date to do anything about it had passed.
