I was in Coolidge yesterday and was only seen for 5 minutes. Told the Dr I don't have any nasal congestion and he prescribed me nasal congestion medicine. Then got a DR's note to get me out of school. what? I fucking hate Sun Life. I'll never go there again! I'd rather sit at home and suffer! Fuck you sun life!
This is the 2nd time this week I've waited past my appointment time!!! Only to have people arrive after me and be taken before me there needs to be some definite changes before I'll rate this place a 5 they can start with the rude receptionist at the front who wouldn't let me finish a sentence.
