I've never experienced such a dysfunctional practice in 40 years of living. From the completely insane appointment setting process, that can take upwards of 40 minutes before speaking to a human, the total lack of responses to written messages despite being directed to use email, the protracted and erroneous billing process, and the registration and check in process that requires the same 11 PAGES of information every 6 months for EVER patient both digitally and then in person. Absolutely no customer service. I have been trying to call in since opening today. Cant even get a person on the phone. Now late for work, and since they refuse to do 2 of anything in one appointment...let alone take care of 2 cavities in one appointment, my daughter will have to just keep the cavities until we can get her into a real office. Absolutely not worth the headache..even if you do get an appointment noone will talk to you about anything they just pass people thru like a car getting an oil change. Stop putting up w... read more

Had to call 10 times always no one answers.needs to up services to answer a phone. I have no insurance and an infected tooth.
