It is very difficult to schedule an appointment. Calls go to a centralized scheduling team but no one apparently knows how to schedule the dental appointments. I called for a week finally was told I would be transferred to a live person, was on hold for over 10 min, hung up on. They did call back but when I tried to reach them the office was closed. I showed up for my daughter’s appointment, just to be told that they tried calling me to reschedule because the dentist was sick. I checked my phone, zero calls from them. Technology doesn’t lie, but they sure do! Thanks for wasting my time.
