Told me at the counter that my visit the next day would cost $75. A few hours later I get a phone call to confirm the appointment, and she told me it was going to be $150; then we got left on hold until we gave up. Why can't Sun Life work out payment plans for dental work? Do I not deserve to keep my teeth because I'm poor? I guess my life doesn't matter enough to these people..

Many times I've gone to this place and everytime I came out worse then when I walked in. Do not go to this dentist. Every filling I have gotten from them has fallen out and I was disregarded for all my problems. Due to my hypermobility, it is hard to keep my jaw up. Yet, they treated me with disrespect for not being able to keep my mouth open. Eventhough I warned them more times than I can count. If you don't know were to go other than here, look up local places. Don't trust this company with your health.

The densest and dental assistants are very good, once you get past the gatekeepers. The phone system is so dysfunctional, the actual service is not too bad. But making an appointment there is like running an obstacle course. I started a phone call to the office before I got in my car. I drove all the way there before I got a human being to answer the phone. it's clean and the people are nice, but It's rough to get things started or keep things going unless you are standing right in front of them.

Not responsive to messages ( emails) or incoming phone calls very seldom answered.
