My USB Hard Drive crashed and it was not visable in the computer or when I plugged it into my laptop. I had critical data on it that I needed for work. A neighbor referred me to this company as they recovered his hard drive previously.I scheduled a same day appointment and the owner came out and was able to get all the data off after cracking open my USB Hard Drive. I feel great now and I would recommend this computer service to others.
This is a really good computer repair company. I have used them twice, first at my business, then at my house. The owner is really nice and he knows what he is doing. Virus, network, server, he takes care of it all. Good job and thanks a bunch.
Ive used a few computer guys since moving here. I never really found one I wanted to call back a second time until I found this computer repair guy. If you need a computer guy that you wont feel bad bringing into your house, this is the guy. He knows what he is doing, he is trustworthy, and he doesnt run the clock to charge you more money. Ive used this company three times now at home and twice at our office...great experience every time.
A+ service for an A+ computer company. I needed a computer repair guy same day, Sun Lakes computer repair (i.e. Matt Karls, the owner) came out right away and fixed my virus. Great job all around.
My home computer had been out of commission for almost a wekk with a virus/trojan that I tried to fix on my own. It was basically a mess and I couldnt get the problem solved on my own. I called Matt Karls and he came out the same day and had the virus/trojan removed in under an hour. Im so thankful that I found Matt!
