I called and had an issue with an air conditioning because I have a lupus diagnosis and I can’t be without air-conditioning and the lady who answered the phone. She’s a Brazilian woman. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me and I have no idea why or what a person gets out of acting that way it is repulsive behavior.
