I'm happy to state THEY DO STAND BY THEIR "Satisfaction Guarantee" claim and I I have changed my rating accordingly.
Hopefully the representative I kust talked to is havinv an off day. I have been ordering from Sun Harvest for a few years. I recenctly ordered Valencia oranges on January 25, the chart said they are available February through May. Since February was only a few days away I went ahead and ordered them. It's now February 13th and i haven't gotten a shipment notification so I called. Customer service told me they were supposed to ship until February 22nd. Unfortunately I had to change my five star to a two star review. The ice cream tastes great but you might want to retrain your staff. I ordered a orange ice cream in a cup and a vanilla orange is a cone from Kathie. She puts the orange in a cone and I said no I wanted that in a cup. So she doesn't apologize but tells me that's not what I said, throws the cone in a cup and pours more orange all over it instead of making a new one. Maybe she should read up on customer service. BAD oranges ordered 2 boxes for $ 90 dollars, one box wasn't half full , most of them were not testy ,some were crack . Two boxes together about 28 oranges.Very disappointed, Never again! Two thumbs down!!!!
I just received a gift box of navel oranges and honeybee tangelos from my niece in Fort Myers and I had to try the tangelos first. It was the most flavorful and juicest tangelo I have ever tasted. I will be ordering in the future from your company!!!!
Awful awful! I use to love this place until we got a basket from them for Christmas and the first one was bad fruit dented cans package open. Second basket we got because the first one was bad was just as bad!!! Never order baskets from them! It's all rotten!
