Just had a call with the property manager in regards to leasing. She is extremely rude, short tempered and condescending! Will not be considering this rental!
Lived here for two years and would have stayed longer if I didn’t move out of state. Jill is great. She’s on top of her job as the manager and cares for the property/residents. I got pretty much all of my deposit back. This isn’t 5 stars because it’s wow/modern/luxury. It’s spacious apartments in Redondo Beach with reasonable rent costs. Very accommodating with parking needs. Quiet complex with respectful neighbors. Can’t ask for more out of an apartment
My husband and I have lived at Sun Harbour Apartments for almost six years. We're now moving out only because we're expecting a newborn and need a larger place. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our time here. Jill and the management team are professional and responsive. They take safety seriously—there are surveillance cameras around the complex, and they take proactive measures to keep the community secure. (I won’t go into details here for safety reasons.) Stay away unless QUIET + patient. Manager Jill is friendly for the lease signing, and beyond rude and unprofessional when you move in. Jobs are done without warning which shut off water, block parking and produce noise in the morning. If you need maintenance, expect weeks of wait unless you pester. Recommended only to shut-ins who'll trade a tree outside their window and a hot tub for absentee management.
