My daughter lived at Sun Harbour for about 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience! The property is well maintained and clean. The laundry room is full of many machines and very clean. I always felt my daughter was safe there. Jill also was very easy to communicate with!
I've lived here for nearly 2 years and it's been the best apartment I've ever had. The location is great, the price is good for the area, and the management (in particular Jill) is on top of everything. The only reason I'm leaving is for work but given the opportunity I'd definitely come back.
Do NOT rent or apply here!!! Scam!! They will steal your personal information. I will be calling every single day and making a report with the FTC. I receive 100s of calls, emails , etc a day spamming me since the day I applied. This is the only apartment I gave all my personal information too. The people calling me even told me they got my information through this apt. I have 780 credit and my finance and I make over 10k a month together she denied us and kept our application fees. Just had a call with the property manager in regards to leasing. She is extremely rude, short tempered and condescending! Will not be considering this rental!
Lived here for two years and would have stayed longer if I didn’t move out of state. Jill is great. She’s on top of her job as the manager and cares for the property/residents. I got pretty much all of my deposit back. This isn’t 5 stars because it’s wow/modern/luxury. It’s spacious apartments in Redondo Beach with reasonable rent costs. Very accommodating with parking needs. Quiet complex with respectful neighbors. Can’t ask for more out of an apartment
