My husband and I have lived at Sun Harbour Apartments for almost six years. We're now moving out only because we're expecting a newborn and need a larger place. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our time here. Jill and the management team are professional and responsive. Stay away unless QUIET + patient. Manager Jill is friendly for the lease signing, and beyond rude and unprofessional when you move in. Jobs are done without warning which shut off water, block parking and produce noise in the morning. If you need maintenance, expect weeks of wait unless you pester. Recommended only to shut-ins who'll trade a tree outside their window and a hot tub for absentee management.

Good afternoon I just had a tour of the property by Miss Jill I hear a lot of people saying she's racist I'm not going to say she's racist because that cannot be proven but she was very rude it was obvious she did not want me there, what are the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had in my life.

Sun Harbour was a wonderful place to stay. It was quiet, clean, and our unit was spacious. There were plenty of washers and dryers available, and the residents were respectful. Property Manager Jill was fantastic to work with during our lease signing. She handled all our apartment requests promptly and efficiently.
