I had previously tanned here. Got skin cancer . Went back almost a year paid a processing fee of 30.00 and for tanning . Went in on the 16th of month and was told I couldn't tan there anymore I ask her to place my prorated of 78.00 back , owner laughed and said no way . Also they bash Suntan City bad that really looks bad on them .
Recently, I visited two local tanning franchise salons where I was told I had to pay a membership fee and was treated like a money machine i.e., they forcefully pushed automatic account debits. After asking my friend were she tanned I went to Sun Glo right down the road on East Brainerd Rd. What a huge difference!! The place was very clean and they had the exact same tanning beds as STC with no membership fees and about half the cost! GO HERE! As a previous employee of a large tanning salon with over 10 stores, this one is so much better. They have brand new, Ergoline beds (which are always very clean)! The owners of this tanning studio are the sweetest, nicest people I have ever met. This place has WONDERFUL customer service and I have never had to wait on a bed. The beds are amazing and the most advanced in Chattanooga except for Sun Tan City of course but I love the ergoline beds and the tanning prices are reasonable, however the lotions are extremely over priced! For example they sell a lotion for $120.00 that I found at a salon in East Ridge for $50.00 even the packets are expensive some are almost $20.00 just for a sample! I love the tanning and the beds but I will not be buying any lotions there due to the HIGHEST prices I have ever seen.
Sun Glo has the newest beds in town and the best prices with no contracts. They are so helpful and take their time with each customer to ensure a great experience for their patrons. Go one time and you will be back.
Very CLEAN with great prices. Highly recomended. Best of all they don't require finger prints, contracts or memberships!
