For starters they practice animal cruelty when they have resources from the City to assist BUT take matters into their own hands and cats are dying!
You could stop killing the cats that live underneath the buildings! The cats were dumped, abandoned by irresponsible people. Find a humane solution! By the way, a well managed cat colony keeps rodents away.
I just love that its quiet most of time & nice neighbors!!!
GHETTO AND OLD APARTMENTS WITH LACK OF GOOD ADMINISTRATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish that I could give a higher review. I really liked William at the office, I think he is really trying his best to make this place a good apartment complex. However, good luck getting a deposit back on this place. I moved out of this place over a month ago due to the area. I don't fault them for being in the one of the worst parts of town. They do not hesitate to act like the management is unavailable and they never give rental receipts. Never pick s up the phone when my attorney call s they leave her on hold for hours. For over 2 weeks we have been trying to terminate a rental lease we've emailed them paperwork we found a lawsuit we just want out of our rental agreement that was fraudulent done we signed a back paper for 6 months they added a front paper for a year which the front paper is not signed by us because we did not agree to stay for you or we agreed... read more
Cheap rent and management works with you as long as ur honest and not a trouble maker who has the cops there all the time. Be quite and keep to yourself and you should have no problems.
