The creative American menu features artfully-prepared favorites, including many beef and poultry selections. A separate rotating bar is located directly below the restaurant for taking in the view without the steep dinner ticket. Live jazz plays in the lounge on weekend nights. We had a GREAT Experience. Our servers name was Peter. VERY nice and on top of everything!! This was our 4th visit but only 3rd time to eat there. The last time we were there something was going on with the water and we didn't get to eat. While we were waiting there they called our phone last minute and cancelled our reservation.
The whole reason for going is to experience the rotating restaurant. They nailed it!! The view is great from everywhere. We ordered the 40+ oz bone in Prime Rib (for 2)....honestly we've had better and paid less. A lot less! Any who, drinks were good and staff was great. All that being said...we DID THAT.
I was taken here on a surprise date night with my special someone before my departure from GA. We waited over 30 minutes for seating, which was expected and ok with us. Once we got a table, our waitress was super slow, unfriendly, and seemed to not even care that we was there or that she had to attend to us. My date and I were both first-times to the resturant and expected so much more than what we got in sevice from out waitress. Beautiful view great service and to eat at the bar not bad prices.
This was a great place to have lunch and get to see Atlanta from the top.Food was great would recommend it to do will in Atlanta.
Im from Cali and i came here to visted for the weekend. I never been to this resturant, view is great, the atmosphere is great, food is very delicious but just the services was kinda slow. Idk maybe low staff or was busy day but the only reason giving the 3 star was i wanted another desert that was so delicious and our waiter was new. I enjoyed myself and the staff is very friendly and inviting plus they were able to handle the large group that I was with. Just some of the items on the menu was a little pricey but OK for what you were getting I guess.
Awesome views! Delicious foods! One thing the girl at the elevator October 17th at brunch time. She should choose a different way to mention an entre purchase is required in order to eat in the restaurant. I just felt she only says this to selected people. I very well can afford to eat at Sun Dial and will definitely be back.
One of the best restaurants in Atlanta. Good food and great dining experience. Great chef! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting or traveling through Atlanta. It was everything I expected and more. Our waiter Eve gave wonderful service. Thank You Eve!!!
