The best customer service. Won't shaft you on the price either. Out of 4 in the area they are the closest and most friendly. Been coming here for year's.

First LBS I went to after my move to Phoenix, and boy did I luck out! Visited two others billing themselves as professional and charitable, and both were a rip-off! Sun is my LBS for life!!
In town from Hastings, NE. Stopped in just looking around and told them what we rode. The guys knew exactly what parts we needed for our particular cruiser bikes and had them in stock. Great service and attitudes from all the guys. Josh is the man!
I went to six different bike shops in two days and ended up coming back to Sun Cyclery. The customer service was fantastic, I hadn't been on a bike in a really long time and they helped me with everything. The prices were also good, I was looking for a cruiser with gears and brakes on it and this is the only shop where I found one that was reasonable. I walked out with a customized baby blue and pink Cruiser, and Josh suggested white handlebars and to switch out the seat. It came out so great. These guys go above and beyond.
I went to their store to see about repair of a bike that I planned to give as a gift. The person serving me did a quick estimate of the cost to repair it and advised I consider a new bike at Walmart for less than he would charge. He also said I could donate my bike to St. Vincent de Paul up the street from his shop;. Talk about Customer Service. These guys are the best!!!!
