RecommendedI recently moved in here a week ago and I am very happy and comfortable. Management and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Very quiet. I give it a 5 stars.
My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and I've lived here before and both times the staff was awesome!! They have quick maintenance, nice service, and they host constant events to get to know their residents. They don't have to be this nice but they really go the extra mile. The pools are always clean, they text you updates and nice things regarding holidays and office hour changes and it's really convenient to pay rent online, no money order required!!! Been here since March and will easily stay longer!
We are new to Sun Creek but loving it! Management and maintenance are wonderful. Friendly neighbors! High recommendation!

we love love love this complex!! the manager and assistant managers are super nice and we have called this complex home for six years so far and hope for many more years!! our dogs love this complex also! our manager is letting us move into a two bedroom two bathroom apartment before our lease is up cauae she knows we need the extra space and the apartment has all hardwood laminent flooring!!!!
